FAQ
Unfortunately you are not able to return your pumpkins or hale bales. If there is something wrong with your pumpkins upon delivery, please reach out to us immediately and we will try to remedy the situation.
Once you have purchased your package of pumpkins, we will set up a time to either come visit your home to get an idea as to what your porch looks like or we will request photos of your porch area. We will use these photos to create a layout of how we will stack, place, and arrange your pumpkins based on the package your purchased.
Once we have cut-off orders, we will begin creating our plan for when deliveries will be made. It will be on the week you have selected but we will deliver based on areas of other packages purchased. We will give you plenty of heads up for when delivery and setup will be.
We have posted a picture of the delivery zones with each package. You need to look it over and see which zone your house/business falls in. Then when ordering, you will use the dropdown box to select the correct zone.

Great question! You want your porch to stay festive all season long! Keep in mind, pumpkins are a producer which means they are perishable.
We will send you an email prior to delivery of your package on ways to help maintain your display for the length of the season.
Many animals like pumpkins and benefit from the nutrients of these fruits. We will be donating the old pumpkins and gourds to farms, sanctuaries, and such at the end of the season. Pumpkins also make great compost for starting gardens.
We will start pre-orders on July 1st, 2025!! At that point, we will be able to take orders.
